Anca is Director of Strategy at BMJ (British Medical Journal). Her role involves corporate strategy planning activities, innovation as well as acquisitions and new ventures. In addition to this, Anca is responsible for the management of BMJ’s China and India businesses. Anca set up BMJ New Ventures in 2018, with the purpose of working with early stage digital healthcare companies that share BMJ’s vision of A Healthier World and align with its strategic priorities.
Anca’s previous experience includes strategy and portfolio management roles acquired with GSK, Thomson Reuters and Shell. Anca also holds an MBA degree at INSEAD.
