Alongside his Media industry focus, Rupert is a leader in Deloitte’s Future of Work business, part of a 1100+ person Human Capital group. Here he helps clients to adapt their workforce and employee experience to make the best use of emerging technologies, ways of working and disruptors. In this context COVID has accelerated significantly the impact of these technologies and ways of working. He also leads Deloitte’s Next Generation Digital Leaders programme that has helped c.140 senior clients to develop their personal digital transformation leadership capability.
