Sarah Ashdown is the Audience, Engagement and Experience Director at Archant. For the past decade she has learnt the trade of running and managing subscription focussed businesses, everything from large scale organisations such as Sky TV and News UK, to local media business such as Archant. She is passionate about media, innovation and driving real change.
Today Sarah is working at Archant, a local news publisher who are transforming their business model to become reader led with a specific focus on reader revenue growth. She is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management for all of Archants reader revenues.
